I never saw such a huge crowd in any builders office, and why not if the builder itself allowing their new customer to interact with their existing customer. I don't think there is any builder who has all satisfied customers, every builder has good and bad reputation on internet but the chance of communicating with the existing customer by person was a great idea to resolve all misconception. It changed my perception towards this builder although I was impressed from their price but because of the bad reputation I was not taking any steps further but now I am clear enough to go with them.
ReplyDeleteIt was really a pleasant experience by knowing their existing customer and how well happy and satisfied they are. And why not? If someone will get a flat at half rate and after construction the price goes up to its three times then anyone will be delighted. Now I am not thinking anything about their reputation whether it is good or bad because I know constructions work take time and I am in a wining side.
DeleteAs per the market situation getting doubt on a builder is common this is a good effort from dreamz that it giving a chance to meet their existing customers to their new customers. On the other hand I am very thankful to their existing customer that they donate their valuable time for us and on clearing our doubts.

Are they going to stick on there words? The answer of these type of question can only satisfy you when you heard it from an existing customer.
DeleteAmazing deal, I believe this is the kind of deal which I wanted form so long time, there were not even a single doubt or even any kind of second thought in my mind before putting my money on this builder. DeleteI am a witness of this home fair event organized in their sales floor, it was heavily crowded place like a discounted sales but their is nothing like that. Only people who are having doubts on the company profile and it efficiency they will get a chance to meet their customers who are already living in their existing completed project. We interacted with them and had long discussion with them. They shared everything how they doubted on Dreamz Infra initially and now how happy they are. It was all amazing and convincing enough to book a flat from them.
ReplyDeleteI have also visited them during this fair with thought that I will get a good discount but in a plus I had an opportunity to met with their customers and after talking with them I feel my investment is more secure now. After site visit they took me to one of their completed project in silk board it was OMM I believe and their I met with some of their customers.

ReplyDeleteI'm participated in the home fair fest for book a flat, home fair organized at their corporate house, it is filled with the customers. Before booking a flat we made visit their completed and under construction projects. And even met their existing customer those who are living in their existing projects, they are very very satisfied and we saw smile on their faces. After these and all, the next moment only we were booked 2 BHK flat at prelaunch.

In a Bangalore I was went through many builders, there is no one provided me such transparency in the deal. Here is a most important thing in this home fair is 'builder's background verification'. The given opportunity to discuss with the land lord & it helped to take a best decision to buy flat with the Dreamz GK.

But the Dreamz Infra given a chance at this to meet their landlords and existing clients. Here we can get clarification for our doubts about the company & it will helps make best decision.
DeleteLots of people have clarify their doubts here in this occasion and now people who are booked flats from this builder seems very happy and satisfied with them. I think if any builder is genuine then he must be coming with such proofs.
