Dreamz Shikhar located in HBR Layout, the locality is created by BDA and it is filled with lots of amenities like BDA Parks, schools and Shopping malls. After international airport hbr layout is most demanding residential area of Bangalore. The flawless flyovers made the area helps to clear traffic issues and keep it traffic free even during the pick official times.

DeleteI have visited this project Dreamz Shikhar and believe me this is an ideal project for people who wants to live in the city and simultaneously wants to stay in a traffic free environment. Communication wise this place is well connected with all facility Schools, College and Market place everything at your arms reach. The price of the flats are affordable for buyers so it can be purchased for a future investment prospect.
ReplyDeleteOne of my friend has booked a flat in Dreamz Shikhar and he recommended me to book one here. I feel like he is representing on behalf of the company and trying to sell a flat from the project. Anyway after listening, I have visited their office in hennur and saw the location. I had a good discussion with their senior sales person and now I am able to understand why my friend was so happy with the deal and why he was speaking so much good on behalf of the company. Because he is well satisfied with the price and deal he got from them. I also booked a flat in this project and now I am also recommending my friends to book here.

DeleteSince the project is selling at pre launch price that means it has some pending approvals. Also there must be certain percentage of flats in target which should be sold at pre launch then after the construction will start.
DeleteDreamz Shikhar is a newly launched project and they are not even willing to cut a single penny from the flat cost. I understand, the project is in good location but its pre launched project we can do some negotiation on its price now at least.

ReplyDeleteIs this property got registration for construction work? I am looking for a flat here but I won't invest anything on an pre launched project without any approvals.
ReplyDeleteDreamz Shikhar is a registered property of Dreamz Infra, they have applied for the BBMP approvals to start construction. It may take time to get approvals but there is no doubt on the property registration. I have its duplicate xerox copy of the sales agreement between the parties also I met with the land owner.
DeleteI think this project of Dreamz Infra is highly in demad, it looks like within few more days there won't be any flats left for pre launched offer. People who are looking for property in north Bangalore should hurry up.
ReplyDeleteDreamz as a builder known as for its affordability and discounted offers. I must say here it gives discount of 40% for all the flats located in any location of Bangalore comparing to other builders projects with same amenities. However in pre launch project you can easily get a discount over 40% with some additional launching discounts.
