    Recently my loan got approved by HDFC Bank, Dreamz Home loan department employees helped me in getting the home loan. Even i suggested this builder to my colleagues. They also planned to own a flat here.

      That will depend on how much loan you need. For the one who is getting 20K salary can get a loan up to 5 Lacks. and also this Dreamz Saakar project is approved by all the nationalized banks.

      Congrats subash., getting the home loan is not an easy task. Even i applied for home loan, still it is under process. It is better that to pay the EMI other than Rent homes.

Whenever I call them for any kind of information regarding the construction their response is spontaneous and they keep updated me with all the information about the project on time-to-time basis. Already, the construction of the flat has been started and they have given me a hope and very soon I will take the ownership.
