I feel myself so lucky to have a flat on this project, Dreamz sampoorna was referred by my uncle and I bought it when it was pre-launched just after my purchase the mod digging work has been started and price of the project has increased then again after the construction work the price went a little further. This project is in a potentate location so the price rise is natural. I thank my uncle for his reference and of course Dreamz GK for coming with this project.

I have been waiting for this since from few months; when the construction will start finally it started. I bought it at its pre-launched offer at much lower than the market price, I don’t know what is current market price for this location but if the flat cost is still in between 15-20 lacks than definitely it is lower than market offering.

EC is the most busiest place in Bangalore now. Due to growing of IT market its land rate also increasing. So it is the right time to purchase a plot o flat here. So i decided to buy flat here in EC. wow its nice to see this project at Electronic City which is constructing by the Dreamz, as I heard their 4-5 projects are going to complete within 2 months. I think this project also goes to complete by end of this year. This project locates very near to my office and planning to register 2BHK flat because my relatives are staying at this area and it will be good for me to live with them.
