      Their documents are very much clear. I got the MOU after booking the flat, which consists of all the Details, Even that Sale Agreement copy is very much clear

      Immense response to Dreamz infra in their home fair. I visited Dreamz infra office during the time of home fair. I was really in shock after watching the rushing customers there. they organised very well, they cared each and every customer and showed their projects. I spent my full weekend in their office and i met with their legal advocate and sales team and civil people. Unfortunately i went on home fair this helped me to get more details from the bottom level.

      The quality website of Dreamz infra attracted me to take the primary step towards them, through chat itself my most of the queries got solved, on the very next day i visited their few completed and under construction projects. On that day itself took the decision, now almost 6 months finished. It's been so good to see a very good progress in the project.       Making a sale of a flat is typical task for any builder, but it differs from Dreamz GK infra. Customers only will come to their office to book the flats after knowing their budget apartment sale. But their target is not only to sell the flat like other builders, but also to stand on their commitments. They listen the customer words, they keeps us informed of all changes in the projects and BDA rules and regulations.

      In the last week itself i closed a deal with Dreamz GK infra for buying an apartment in their Dreamz Siddhi project. As all of us know it is almost completed, finishing work is going on there, so there is a very less risk factor in my purchase. Initial formalities done in very smoother way with them like the process of documentation. Got a very good price negotiation to my flat price, but it is in fourth floor. I look forward to establish further investments also if it's completed with no delay.

      Competitors are making spreading rumors about Dreamz infra. Even i believed those reviews before booking, but once i took a step forward i got to know about them in a clear picture. They do not have any type of loops in their projects, they finished 3 projects, i met nearly 10 customers in which every body is supporting Dreamz GK infra. At the end one thing i got to know that believing those reviews does not make any sense. First step we have to do is Stepping forward and inquiring about them. I got a better result. You just try once, then you will get to know the truth.

      I had gone through the links which yo have given here.I had seen so many happy customers over here. It has given me so much confidence in booking the flat in Dreamz infra. Now i am in confusion about the project as they have projects all over the Bangalore. As per the discussion with their sales team i need to pay 25% amount as the down payment which is a very good deal. Remaining amount will be paid through the home loan process. Very soon i am going to book a flat there.

Very knowledgeable employees helping the customers to get clear picture about their project status. Other than the customer service, amenity work also i liked from Dreamz infra. For the money we paid, we get more than what we expected in the project.

      Dreamz is having couple of projects in Electronic city. I think in Dreamz Sanidya, you will be getting a 2BHK flat in that range. It is better that to visit their office Dreamz GK in silk board.

      I made a call to Dreamz infra to know about their projects and price details 2 months before. They explained each and everything clearly and she arranged a site visit to me also. After all this i met sales manager by which all of my remaining queries also got solved there. On the same day i paid 2 Lakhs amount as the down payment and booked an apartment. My initial experience with Dreamz infra is just outstanding.

      I do not have much great experience with Dreamz infra, AS in the starting days i made a booking from their Dreamz Sarovar project, which got delayed. But i got swapped to some other project in the same area Dreamz Sangam. This time i am little happy with their construction progress, In the starting i really got anger on them, but slowly after swapping the project i am pretty happy with what i am getting also. Even i liked this particular project CRM also, as she regularly updates me about the project.

      Recently i came to know that Dreamz infra launched new projects with separate walls. When i first approached them last year. I asked them about independent house or apartments with out common walls, at that time i did not book a flat as they did not have any flats like this. Now i am planning to book a flat in that project Dreamz Swarg which is having no common walls.

      If you want t invest in Dreamz infra, there is no need to think again about this builder. As they already successfully finished few of their projects, remaining are in under construction stage. If you consider all the aspects like their past experience and the price, then Dreamz infra is the best among all he builders.

    The only difference between Dreamz infra and other builders is Price of the apartment which 40% less than the other builders. They are having projects all over Bangalore, so we can have a choice of choosing the location also.

    The first and the main reason why dreamz infra is becoming popular now a days means their prices. In this view none of the builder is competatible with Dreamz infra and second thing is once a customer books a flat from Dreamz infra he will get good service from Dreamz infra like getting the project updates regularly. There is a good return on the investment in Dreamz infra, as the same flat costs double at the time of possession compare to the price at the time of booking.

    In the starting i got fed up with the different type of reviews on Dreamz infra, o solve my all queries i went there and visited their Dreamz Suvidha project in Sarjapura Road. Construction is in full swing stage. In real estate every builder makes delays due to some issues. Other than little delay in few projects, In remaining projects Dreamz infra is doing very well. hey have already finished 3 projects in silk Board. If you can wait for 18 months for the possession date, then Dreamz infra is the only stop for the middle class buyers.

    It's been a wonderful experience with Dreamz infra. Eagerly waiting to take my flat keys. The reason for my joy is i never expected that i am going to own a flat in Bangalore with a price of 25 Lakhs in prime location. Dreamz infra designed my flat with 100% vasthu. When i faced problems with my home loan, their home loan department helped me in this. As the painting work is going on in this project, i will get the flat in more 3 months.     When i decided to buy my flat from Dreamz infra, Some of my friends suggested me that not to go with this builder as they do not have any completed projects at that time. But after speaking with their sales guys i decided to take a chance of booking the flat. Now 15 months finished my apartment construction is almost finished and in more three months i will be getting the possession also. I am really happy because considering my experience my friends also coming forward to book the flat.

    Flat rates in Bangalore are very much higher compare to other areas like Chennai or Hyderabad. But in Bangalore by launching nearly 35 projects at a time, Dreamz infra is selling flats at much affordable prices like 40 % lesser than the market price. Dreamz infra is very much clear about what they are doing, which leads to successful completion of projects in that budget range. Hope they may continue this service in future also by extending their branches.

When i searched for my flat in my home town pune, i did not get any apartment in the budget of 20 Lakhs, but Dreamz infra made it possible but not in Pune, this was happened in Bangalore. I never expected of owning an apartment in Bangalore but it happened only because of Dreamz infra. My wishes to Dreamz GK to their success in the future also.

Even with the price of 1 crore i am not getting any villa in Bangalore. If Dreamz infra launches Villa projects in Bangalore,most of the customers will show interest to buy the property.

    Bangalore is IT hub of India, best metro city in India and above mentioned locations Hennur,Indiranagar, KR Puram and Narasapura are some of the best locations in Bangalore. Book apartments in those locations because in future those locations will be very expensive..

    Attractive price ranges and hot property locations. With this reason any property buyer first visiting Dreamz infra office and then only they are going with the other builders. If any customer who can wait for 2 years to get the flat, then Dreamz infra is the best option, otherwise better to go with any brand named builder. As there are so many builders in Bangalore who are not maintaining the basic standards in Bangalore. Hope your home search will end positively by investing it n a proper place.

    I had an awesome experience with Dreamz infra that why I booked a flat in their Maratahalli project called Sneh. The project construction is in full swing, near about 2nd floor is completed. You can guess the cost of the flat in Maratahalli as per the market price. But when I saw Dreamz Infra’s add in paper which I can’t believe it. After moving to their office I got to know all about Dreamz Infra. That made me to become a family of Dreamz Infra.

    Many home buyers are happy with the dreamz infra, the builder is providing the best flats in precious location with affordable price. Before buying the flat from them I inquiry about them, then I got to know that they have completed many project in Bangalore. After that I booked a flat with them in Sneh project which is located in Maratahalli. The construction is going on in full swing that I got to know from their web portal.

    Dreamz Infra's projects are going on all over the Bangalore. Right now almost 40 projects are running in different places. Which is itself an achievement. I really proud that i am a Dreamz Family. Hospitality and how to make relation with costumer they know very well. That is why they are updating me my project detail every week.
