Bangalore is a IT hub of India and salary structures of IT Employees are very good. Thus Many of software engineers are looking to buy luxury apartments in Bangalore. Thus many of builders in Bangalore constructing luxury apartments in areas like Hennur, Indiara nagar, KR Puram, Whitefield, Electronic city, HSR Layouts JP Nagar etc.. I am expecting in future some of the areas in Bangalore will become like Silicon valley in USA.

But as there is no place for making the individual house other than at the center outskirts, people are preferring the apartments. The demand for luxury homes also increased exponentially, that's why Dreamz infra who is well known for budget apartments is also started concentrating on Luxury apartments.
DeleteHay I am staying near to Hennur location only. As mentioned in the above article, it’s true that many of new constructions in this location is luxury. Most of the builders already started many luxury apartments in hennur location.

By connecting the residential to the commercial IT places through the Metro rails and ORR(outer ring road). Even if you compare the environment situation of Bangalore with the other areas also, this is the best place to live or to invest. Garden city and the silicon city of India is Bangalore. Even the price is distributed according to their floor, a flat in top floor cost you more than a flat in first floor.
