Hi there I am Amresh I owed a flat in dreamz sangam project it is now under construction and with in few months the construction will be completed, now its price is almost 30% hike from the day I booked it at prelaunch time. May be at the time of completion the price of my flat would get double, so if any one looking for flats my advice is to book it at its pre launch time.
