Dasara is the very good occasion to buy your dream flat and Dreamz infra is the best option to buy flat in any location in Bangalore. It is proved that Dreamz infra is the only builder who sells apartments in middle class budget range, even none of the builder is giving competition in this price range.

ReplyDeleteWhen will be the possession date of Dreamz Samarpit project which is in Hebbal location, As per their words it will be after 18 months. I liked this specific project, but i want to know few more details like amenities and floor plan structure. If any of the customer can reply here, it will be more helpful to me to take a wise decision.

The primary thing is Price range which is quite reachable to middle class people and secondary is quality of construction, If you see their model flat in Silkboard and Electronic city, then you will get to know their high standard construction quality.In addition to this the customer service from Dreamz infra is quite appreciable. Whoever wants to book a flat from them, then just go for it with out second thought.

ReplyDeleteSo many offers on the occasion of Diwali and Dassara, So many people booked a flat in Dreamz infra's pre launch offer projects. I am one among them, as i booked a flat in their Dreamz samarpit Project. When i went to see their projects i got shocked with the crowd over there in the Dreamz Home fair. I liked the project location and price specifications also, then on the other day i came and booked a flat there.
ReplyDeleteOn this offer i purchased a flat in Dreamz Samhitha project, Now this project is in under construction stage. Happier with flow of construction and more over the locality of the project is pretty good, which is very nearer to brigade Millionaire project of brigade builders. My investment happened in a right place, which lead me to save nearly 15 lakhs of amount on my flat cost. I suggested few changes in my flat, like to arrange a puja room in the kitchen. They agreed to my words, hope they may finalize my floor plan and finish it in the stipulated time.
ReplyDeleteBut i bought a flat on the same offer time. My flat is in their Dreamz Sarovar project, Last week they registered the land and even they got the LP number to the project. But they told like by the month of November they will start the construction, which is not yet done. I do accept the facts in delays of the project.
DeleteBut i am expecting by the month of January this project will start and expecting a fast flow in construction. All the best to them, for the completion of all the projects with in time.
hi, I have also booked a flat in dreamz sarovar, God knows we may be neighbor to each other well my flat is in 4th floor. You might have not known but adjacent to this site dream has completed its 3 projects and one project is under construction the sales person showed me all their silk board project I liked it most because of its view and accessibility. If everything goes rite than may be at the end of this year they will start constructing. God bless Dreamz infra !!
DeleteHow can they finish all the projects at a time. Nearly they had 40 projects in all over Bangalore. I liked their work structure and implementation process which they told at the time booking. But still i am in confusion whether i took a right decision or not. But thinking positively with Dreamz infra to go forward with them.
ReplyDeleteI am still in confusion whether to ahead with Dreamz infra, as So many positive reviews and some negative reviews in other portals leaving me in confusion. Should i depend on the reviews before taking the decision. One more thing i do not have much time to do research on this also, planning to meet some customers personnaly then only i can take the decision. Time to spnd myy wekend on this only and again i will get back to you on this.

DeleteIn my point of view, Marathalli Project of Dreamz Infra is best. By looking at the market price and Dreamz Rate , am sure about it that I will go for booking a flat only in Marathalli project. Dreamz Infra really only thinks about the people whose income is not much higher. Can anyone provide me more information about the Marathalli project. I will eagerly to wait of your comments. ReplyDeleteAt the time of Navaratri, it is good to buy apartments or homes. Providing the offers at the festival season and attracting the customers is a very good idea. But they need to prove this in the construction part also. Hope they will construct all the remaining project like how they did for Dreamz OM, Namaha and Shivam.
ReplyDeleteWe are just fed up with builders and their tricky techniques to cheat people to buy a flat we have visited around 10 builders in Bangalore. Some builders have no specific approval as well finally I met with dreamz infra where I found every transaction has its transparency, whether it is a legal issue or a civil issue they have different department to handle these, even their legal Adviser came to make our doubt clear. Finally I booked a flat in Shloka which is in HSR layout its in my budget and I have all the time to arrange the rest of my money.
ReplyDeleteThe reserve bank of India has rise the browsing cost and again it will rise further after increasing the interest rate. It is also signaled that the property cost will rise up to 30 % in the next three to six months all metro builder are preparing to hike their price for 10-30% in all apartment and flats. This will be the crucial time to make some good revenue for all real estate investor.
ReplyDeleteYep I have also heard the news that the land registration cost will be raising within few months that directly leads to increase in the flat cost. Well this raise is to extract black money from the market as most of the registrations are done by cash payment.
