Dreamz Infra has innovated a new way of convincing the customers about its genuineness and has come up with a novel idea. Dreamz Infra sells flats in Bangalore at unbelievably low prices. The company has already completed construction and has handed over the possession to the customers of four complexes of apartments. Already more than 300 families have been rehabilitated in new homes. But that is not the most important aspect. The specialty of the company is that it sells flats at half the market price. The question that arises in the minds of the customers is how it is possible. Or is it really the case or is the truth something else that is hidden? For all these reasons the company has innovated a unique method of convincing the customers. In that the company calls the prospective buyers and takes them to the sites and lets them talk to the customers who are already staying in the flats and apartments built by the company. In this, the prospective customers can also see and feel the already built flats in which people are staying. If there are any complaints they can clearly get it as well from the past customers. The company claims that there can be nothing more transparent than this. In saying this they are right, as we haven’t heard any other company doing this before.
The company undoubtedly has to have some guts and genuineness in what they are doing in order to make the prospective customers face the past customers randomly. It is true that nowadays the prospective customers get easily influenced by the wrong and sometimes fake comments on the internet and social media. In this internet age where information spreads like bonfire this will be a firsthand experience of the buyers and they can get the right information directly from the horse’s mouth.
Talking about the flats and the location the company sources said that they have flats and apartments at almost all locations of the city and most importantly the sought after locations. The areas among others include HSR Layout, Electronic City, Whitefield, Silk Board, Vidyaranyapura, Marathahalli and many other areas too.
